Filipino Martial Arts – Eskrima
This class teaches the indigenous martial arts from the Philippines which uses single and double sticks, knifes and swords, as well as an assortment of empty hand techniques to defend against an armed and unarmed opponent.
Mixed Martial Arts – MMA
This newest martial art sport is dynamic and ever changing. The students learn in a safe setting, how to defend oneself using arm and joint locks, pressure points, throws, kicks, and other strikes. This class teaches how to counter an attacker no matter if they are skilled or not.
Yoga – Life Changing
Our style of yoga works to develop the inner spirit while teaching how to reach a mind and body balance. The techniques are used from Hatha Yoga and attempts to balance mind and body via the physical postures or “asanas”, purification practices, controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation.
